Pressure washing in Altea
Hillside villas in Altea have more outdoor surface than most: several terrace levels, stone stairs, a pool deck and a steep drive. Shade on the lower levels lets moss and black mould take hold. We pressure wash, treat green growth, and rinse lime-free.

Common questions
What can you pressure wash?
Terraces, barbecue areas, driveways, paths, gates, pool surrounds and facades. We set the pressure to suit each surface and material.
Can pressure washing damage render, stone or tiles?
Not if the pressure suits the material. Render, natural stone and paint each need a different approach. On facades we test a hidden patch first.
Why does it matter to clean a terrace or driveway?
Moss, algae and lichen build up over time, especially in the damp coastal air, and the surface gets very slippery. A clean makes it safer, smartens up the garden and helps the paving last longer.
Can you remove oil, tyre marks and barbecue grease?
Tyre marks, yes. Oil fades a lot, but an old stain that has soaked into the stone may not come out completely, and we'll tell you before we start. Baked-on barbecue grease comes off: we let an alkaline degreaser work first, then use pressure.
How often should it be done?
A yearly clean is usually enough for driveways and terraces, and spring suits terraces best. Shaded spots go green sooner and sometimes need another clean in winter. Do the barbecue area at the end of the season, so the grease doesn't sit there all winter.
