Where we work on the Costa Blanca
Alicante, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, Moraira and Jávea. Ninety kilometres of coast where we already know how a house gets dirty before we arrive.
Alicante
A mixed city: high floors in the centre and detached villas out in the urbanisations.
Benidorm
Tower blocks and hillside villas side by side, and the two are reached in completely different ways.
Altea
The old town climbs and the streets are narrow, so we come in with poles and our own tank rather than a lorry.
Calpe
Seafront property under the Peñón, where salt goes at glass and railings far faster than it does inland.
Moraira
Almost all low villas with big terraces and a lot of natural stone, which wants a gentler wash.
Jávea
Pines on every plot, so the gutters fill with needles and that is the first thing we look at here.
The travel is part of the quote
Inside the area
Between Alicante and Moraira we do not bill the travel separately. What we quote is the price of the work, with getting there already in it.
Outside the area
We do go beyond these six towns, but we confirm it first. Tell us where the house is and we will say whether we can get there, before we talk about price.
