Over time moss, algae, lichen, dirt and weather grime build up, especially in the humid coastal climate where organic growth spreads quickly. That build-up does not only leave the patio dull and neglected: it also creates a dangerously slippery surface. A clean patio improves the look of the whole garden, makes the space safer for family and guests, and helps prevent long-term breakdown.

Terraces and BBQ areas
- Alkaline degreaser with proper dwell time before any pressure is applied
- Rotary nozzle at a pressure set for the material and the joint
- Grill area, hood and worktop treated separately
- Final rinse that leaves no film and is not slippery once dry
- Public liability insurance. Cover of up to €300,000 on the client's property. If something breaks during the work, our policy pays for it and your home insurance is not involved.
- Written contract and IVA invoice. We work properly: a written quote up front and an IVA invoice for private owners and companies. If you let the villa out, the cost is deductible.
