What that covers in Dénia
- Pressure washing: sand-blown terraces and paths near the beach, pool surrounds and driveways on the Montgó, salt-faded facades by the sea. Gutters and tiled roofs under the pines are included on request.
- Solar panel cleaning: villa arrays after calima and mud rain.
- Public liability insurance. If something breaks during the work, our policy pays for it and your home insurance is not involved.

Common questions
What can you pressure wash?
Terraces, barbecue areas, driveways, paths, gates, pool surrounds and facades. We set the pressure to suit each surface and material.
Can pressure washing damage render, stone or tiles?
Not if the pressure suits the material. Render, natural stone and paint each need a different approach. On facades we test a hidden patch first.
Can you remove oil, tyre marks and barbecue grease?
Tyre marks, yes. Oil fades a lot, but an old stain that has soaked into the stone may not come out completely, and we'll tell you before we start. Baked-on barbecue grease comes off: we let an alkaline degreaser work first, then use pressure.
Why does cleaning solar panels matter?
Saharan dust (calima), sea salt and limescale from hard water leave a film on the glass that scatters light. Panels produce less well before they look dirty. Cleaning removes that film.
How do you clean the panels?
With demineralised water, which dries without limescale, so there's no scrubbing and no scratches on the glass. We use a soft brush on a telescopic carbon pole and never step on the panels.
